     That having been said, the powerful beams of the spotlight shone brightly on Carito as she entered the central stage and proceeded to gift all with her act. Oscar found at that moment, what lay beyond his destiny, his place in the world, and that, he plainly perceived since the first instant when he skipped a beat of his heart.

     That night, three essential events where celebrated in the Garcia Brothers Circus. Oscar’s joining the family as their new and welcome member. The heartfelt retirement of their beloved Doctor Andres Carmona, and of course, the opening night in Arequipa, by the way, a hit of its own.

     Nonetheless, on that night, love, at first sight, struck on whom would through the years, become the most cherished Uncle and Aunt of the little Dora.

     The years went by… Oscar and Carito traveled with the circus all over the American Continent. As time relentlessly passed, enclosing all those years of their journeys, in one of those trips they passed through Colombia as they were heading North. They went to visit Barichara and Oscar’s parents.
