     With a great outcry, the cannon fired, producing a deafening explosion and a cloud of blue smoke. Simultaneously, the light went on in a flash and Odin was shot out through the air, landing after a few eternal instants on the waiting net.

     He immediately rebounded on the net, ascending in an arc to the first trampoline, placed two meters above, as he firmly grabbed on to it with his hands. In a fluid movement and to complete flips after he kept on ascending a little more until he finally landed standing on his feet on the board. Amazed, the audience watched the trampoline slowly begin to climb to gradually transport him high above to the waiting platform, set at the incredible height of twelve meters above the floor below.

     Than Oscar noticed Mariana’s silhouette, barely perceptible in the heights and suddenly illuminated by the powerful beams of the reflectors. She was also standing on a platform, twelve meters away from the ground as she pushed a trapeze that slowly went back and forth in a pendular swinging movement. On the opposite side, Odin could now be seen performing the same swinging sequence with his own trapeze flying in front of him. Between both of them, they weaved this hypnotic trance that began to entrance the spectators, conducting to this incredible ambiance charged with suspense. As they impulse the trapezes, these started to fly in higher trajectories, perfectly synchronized between them.

     Two powerful searchlights floodlit the two artistes, while others lazily followed the wavering trapezes, whose brightly-colored decorations blazed in the light. Then, as the onlookers below let out this loud sigh, both performers flew through the air, grabbing the trapezes with their hands, but not before performing a double somersault on their way, swinging until finally meeting halfway in the center.
